Commitment to closing your loan
Harold Perkins, licensed loan officer at Galaxy Lending Group LLC, began his career in the Arizona mortgage industry in 1998. A loyal employee, Harold held positions at just two companies in 13 years before making his move to Galaxy in 2011. Harold chose Galaxy because he wanted to join a small firm with a solid reputation where he could focus on giving clients personal attention and direction. A recent, happy client says it best: “I have never worked with a loan officer as dedicated and determined as Harold. He never gave up, even when we did. After we told him we are done pursuing this, he continued to explore our options. Harold got our loan approved and to say we were happy just doesn’t do it justice. Thanks for hiring such an amazing person. I have purchased five homes and have never been treated this good, ever!” At Galaxy, clients and colleagues all benefit from Harold’s expertise in federal and local mortgage regulations and his commitment to closing even the most difficult loan.
Loving husband and involved dad. Raised in Denver, Colorado, Harold moved to Phoenix in 1996 with his wife, a registered nurse. They have three wonderful kids. Harold’s oldest son is a blossoming cellist. His daughter is an energetic soccer star and his youngest son, an aspiring Obi-Wan Kenobi. In his free time, Harold plays hockey and loves to cook, but his true passion remains helping first-time buyers, experienced homeowners and investors purchase the homes of their dreams.
